Project Description
Language learning plays an extremely important role as one of the predominant means of facilitating communication with different groups worldwide and to keep up with technological progress. English is increasingly used as a medium of instruction worldwide. As industry and trade globalize, demand for skilled labor has risen, prompting a shift in focus toward vocational education and training for economic growth. This Erasmus+ project centers on "digitalization" by developing VR-based tools for language teaching in vocational education, highlighting how VR can enhance vocational language learning through research and testing in courses. The project covers all languages of member countries, not just English, to address specific language needs for VET learners and improve their career readiness. Consortium partners will improve VET language teaching using innovative VR scenarios, enhancing both linguistic and digital skills to produce more qualified graduates ready for the labor market.
VR-VOLL is a research project funded by the European Union under the ‘Erasmus+’
Programme. This project unites six partners from four different countries: Germany, Portugal,
Lithuania, and Turkey. The project Data Protection and Ethics Committee is responsible for
overall data protection and privacy.
